Il start with awesomia, simple idea, each side has unlimited spots, to avoid people not getting in. If there is an event that rewards people for joining the FF, then every single player should be able to get in. Many servers modify this quite alot so its definetly possible to do.

Ghosting should give bonds and xp, and there should be chests with a random item from bond store for every person that was online for over 20 rounds this way it would motivate people to be active in fort fights, or maybe some other ways to get people and give them proper rewards to motivate them to play outside events to collect fireworks / easter s...
