Today is Rememberance Sunday here in the UK and throughout the Commonwealth. Although I am no fan of British foreign policy and the persuance of illegal wars, I always go along to the local memorial to observe the service. I live in a military town and every week there is someone locally touched by a loss in Afghanistan. Regardless of political opinion, I have to admire people who, in the words of the epitaph, gave their todays for our tomorrows. WE WILL REMEMBER.
