i was going thru the settings for world 11andcameacross this. could someone please tell me what it mean?

Where exactly in the settings you sawd this? In my settings i see none of this?

It's right at the bottom of the server settings page.
And yes I have the quest complete and it still shows that for me.
I am assuming it's to do with the forget skills premium available on the beta version.

no i haven't . i clicked on the bottom of the west game screen. the question mark under under the log out button

I assume that's at me.
Yup I have completed the shamen quest and can reskill.
The server options have no effect on the quest. Like I said I assume that relates to the fact that on beta there is a premium option to "forget skills" which I believe totally removes all skill points and lets you reassign them
