What does trading have to be in order to get rare recipes doing traveling merchant?

I'm not sure how high the luck factor goes on TM, but certainly for LATO i'm at 9400 luck with pure strength (lvl 150) in my best gear.
For LATO i have 666 lps and luck = 9417 max
373 trading, 129 shooting, 469 stamina
-with this i know if i get my trading up to 400 with the other stats the same i can achieve 9500 luck.
For travelling merchant i have 950 lps and luck = 8191 max
375 trading, 180 setting traps, 414 toughness

In my best WTM gear I have 1108 points in trading,65 toughness, 125 setting traps, and 230 appearance for a total of 2301LP.
with that and premium I have a luck value at $9767, just over the $9500 value of the recipe and they have dropped for me.

when I was a pure trader, with honey wine and premium medal used my max luck value was at $12643 (I think this is the exact number). most valuable item found was a grey wild leather belt ($12560).
