i have a quest to retrive a ring the quest is about 2 people being robbed when they left the saloon at 7:00 pm they way i took it is to have 200.00 in your pocket and hang around the saloon around 7:00 pm but it does not work anyone out there can tell me how to finish the quest thanks

Secondly you will need to give more information. For example what is the name of the quest and what exact writing is given?

And can we assume this is Kate's Wedding Band (Unknown Thief)?
