1. Make the Equipment Manager window normal movable frame (like job, profile, town, equipment and every other thing) instead of taking 100% of the screen with an overlay. We want to keep the manager open while clicking jobs.
2. Keep the "how often do you want to do the job" 1-9 value when changing eq, moving and when job requirements are not met for a second and then they are. It now resets randomly rendering the feature unusable and annoying.
