I am still not sure if this was intended or not. But I think it should be changed:
Bonfire (Pumpkin hunt 2020) and Candles (Pumpkin hunt 2020) require 3 Mischievous-looking pumpkin / 3 Confused-looking pumpkin. Once you accept the quest the pumpkins are removed from the inventory and therefore the quest becomes invisible.
This is
a. confusing
b. means that canceling these quests in the questbook means you loose 3 pumpkins
c. the repeatable quests that drop Mischievous-looking pumpkin are unreachable. You would need 12 pumpkins* of a specific type to get there. But 7% drop rate means you get 7 on average.
