did sumone ever tried canceling a 2 hour job after 1hour? and then compare it to a 1 hour finished job(same job,same motivation,same diff and same LP)?

No, but I don't think there would be any difference except the random factor.

Does anyone know is there any extra chance to find a horse with the horse stealing job?
My brother found a donkey while digged well.

There is no extra chance

Mounts are considered an item just like shirts or shoes, and are found randomly at the same rate of everything else

i have deleted a 2 hour job when the timer was at 59 minutes a number of times and i mainly had a return of half of what i would expect from doing it as a 1 hour (not always)

the reason why i deleted it halfway thru was because of emergency reason as in dueling somebody or a dueler comes to my town that could KO me with the gear i had on at the time and my HP was low

I don't see a reason to get lower results for canceled 2h work as for original 1h work. Maybe you was just unlucky.

Agreed; it should be identical outcome IMO, but you never know, with this crazy game. :huh:

They surely made one function for salary computation. It would be unfair to give you less for more work :)

well i looked at it like if your hired for a job but cut it short then don't expect to get paid accordingly

It's all about the random factor. As far as I know it's ranging from -50% to +50% both in money and experience. So if you do a one hour job two times, your earnings will be modified by 2 different randoms. One random can massively affect the result (-50%/+50%) but the more the randoms are, the less is the infuence is because the average of the randoms are closing to 0.

Theoritecally there's no difference but practically there is IMO. To convience you, try to make a 10 min job for 12 times and compare it to a 2 hour job.

PS.: Sorry about my English.

hey just checking but when u do 2 hrs on the same job motivation goes to 94% right?

wat if u get 92% course i got it from trading when it was 100% b4

Luap Nor

You lose 3%/hr. and regain 10%/day, which works out to 1% every 2.4 hours. So... 92% results from 3 hours of doing that job starting from 100% because you cross that 2.4 hour mark during the 3rd hour.

1 hour: 100% - 3% = 97%.
2 hours: 100% - 6% = 94%.
3 hours: 100% - 9% + 1% = 92%.

At least, if my calculations are correct. :-}

yeah that's the problem i only did 2 hrs but it's shown that motivation is at 92%

lol maybe course i prayed twice a day. (game time day that is).

not consecutively but i prayed then sleep 8 hrs then pray then do, after 2 hrs i get 92%

Luap Nor

It should never go from 100 to 92 in 2 hours. Are you sure you were at 100 to start?

Kine

Motivation at end = 94%
Labour points = 4
Salary % = 6
Hours = 2

Calculated using the formula I got $4.09 (excluding random factor)
Actual was $12.
