Hi everyone,
From Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday 3pm there was a problem with our payment partner resulting in payments to us in currencies other than EUR being left in limbo. This meant that your nuggets will not have been credited to you in-game.
The problem has now been resolved and it is safe to make payments via PayPal now. However, due to the configuration error any payments made in the above time slot have still not been processed.
Unfortunately we have been informed that these payments will not be processed tonight as promised earlier, but instead either tomorrow or Monday. We are still waiting for confirmation on this.
We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this has caused you.
