Problem with jobs

My friend can do the job - " Beaver Hunting " while I cant .. it isnt shown in the jobs list or the map ... I m level 26 and he is 25 ... and still I cannot see the job Beaver hunting ..

Note that I used to be able to do this job in the past but now it just vanished from my job list :S ...

Anyone can please explain to me why this is happening ??

* read gem's HELPFUL reference section for the vanishing job
* jobs r shown on the map if u have 50 labour points less than that required for the job. your friend can do the job as he has enough labour points

It can be well more than -50 pts. I can see jobs at -93 pts.

Lvl doesn't matter. Where you put your skills matter. If the job needs more skill pts than you have, then you will not be able to do it.

i read about the -50 part from the forum, so dont blame me for wrong information
