Problem after The West Update

I am new here on forum so i dont know did anyone else mention it or said about it but i noticed after game update all quests from the beginning showed up again even you finished it long time ago. It opened

as i remember that was first quest when you start playing game, that one opened but the odl ones stayed to so its double, if someone can fix it or explain it why that happens, because maybe it's just me but i would be so annoyed if i need to do it everything from the beginning, Thanks

This is the new tutorial most players never got with a previous update.

You may do these quests, they won't affect anything on your character.
