Player name and E-Mail address don't match - can't reset password!

Hey, I played way back, and decided I wanted to rejoin but when I've tried to access my old account it's saying player name and E-Mail address don't match. At first I thought it was my password that was the issue so tried to reset it but that's when I got the message. It's the only email I would have used. Tried to open a support ticket but can't due to it showing the wrong email. Can anyone help. There is a high chance the account was wiped but I don't want to start again without checking. Thanks :D

You might be able to find your email if you used the same one to register on the forums: https://forum.the-west.net/index.php?account/contact-details

Otherwise you can sign into the support system with another email, and explain the situation, stating your player-name and asking to confirm if your email is what you think it is (they probably won't tell you it outright for security reasons, but they should confirm it for you if you guess right :p)
