Violette can you PM your spoiler? Frankly I want to destroy the weapon because:
a) I'm simply that curious I'd destroy it - there is always other worlds
b) To be the first one to ever do it - virtual fame I guess
c) Barely anyone has the weapon anyway so it doesn't disadvantage me not having it

Well only one guy in German server have found it and he isn't telling how he did it.:mad:
At least I don't understand what he is saying by using google translate.:p

Although other people are suggesting that taking bad decisions at level 25,39 and 45 will help.:bandit:

No I don't have it but I'm gonna try all the theories.

And yes mainly taking certain choices in the quest.

Well according to this thread you must make certain choices at the level 25 and 39 quests, but apparently not the 45 quest.

Piece of note (Part 1)
Ambush - luck
Trading With Indians - luck
Transporting ammunition - luck
Grave Robber - luck
Other jobs over 60% Luck

Piece of note (Part 2)
Trading - product
Grave Robber - product
Ambush - product

I am posting exactly what dev said...

The fact is, the paper 3 is available in a quest of some of the factors required to ever be visible. These include the two decision Quest.

ok so can we graph out what you need to do for 1 2 and 3 in a clear post so that it wont get confusing...?

Part Three

Choose Waupee for the first two decision quests
From: German Forum Mods
Remove Weapon (not confirmed)
From: German Server
Equip some sort of Talisman (not confirmed) - perhaps a stone chain?
From: German Server
Limited to certain time (not confirmed) - perhaps 1am to 1pm or vice versa?
From: German Server

Diggo, you mean that to get Part 3, there are 3 ways?
a) Choose Waupee,or
b) Remove Weapon, or
c) Equip some sort of Talisman?

With other words, if someone didn't choose Waupee for the first decision quest, he still have chance to find the 3rd part?

Yep you must do all three. If you screw up the quests you can no longer obtain part 3.

Otherwise we'd all remove our weapons and get part 3!

Too bad :(
At lvl 25 i had choose by mistake Sheriff's quest.
That means no way longer to obtain part 3 :(

So, at lvl 39 quests you suggest me to choose Maya, who at least give more money?
