is there any chance for one more person to be allowed to register on the world 3? my wife really wants to play but she wants to play in the same world as me and my best man, and also join our town that we started here and do good and we don't wanna start all over in the world 4.. please?

I think W3 is closed already. If it is, then I don't see any other way than starting all over in W4.
