How come the close worlds dont get the oppurtunity to win the prize at the end of the Oktoberfest event-seems very unfair considering players on closed worlds spend money on nuggets too.Not the players fault that Inno's are closing worlds down.Why spend nuggets if you dont have a chance of winning the prize at the end.I know there is less players on closed worlds but all worlds should have the same oppurtunities.I would spend real money to buy more nuggets to have a go but not now

thing is easy, on w5 to get #1 you might have to spend 1000 nugs maybe, to get #1 on colorado or dakota, spending 100000 nugs is more likely, if not more(i heard after 1 day on dako top player was level 400 already even) on w11-w14 it might be a bit less since those are older but still they reach a fairly high level.

so the investment put in it to get to #1 is big $$$$$$$ on W5 or other totally extinct that won't be the case. secondly imagine spending 1000 nugs on W5 get the top weapon set and then migrate to colorado where the #1 spend 100k nugs

Then they shouldnt have tombola's on dead worlds if thats the case-there's no incentive-its not the players fault that worlds close.

There is an incentive of course, the set items offered by the tombola are 5, you don't get one of them, but you still can get the other four.

We still buy nuggets like everyone else-i cant help that players numbers have dropped on certain worlds-i agree it would be easier,not arguing that point-if your going to have Tombola's and other incentives all worlds should have the same oppurtunity,its only fair.As certain worlds have closed and are closing its not something you have to worry about-nothing will change-just pointing out a fact.

No you don't. That's like saying you deserve an Olympic gold medal because like Usain Bolt you also run. The nuggets needed to win on dead worlds don't compare to the nuggets needed to win on new worlds. Dead worlds aren't still open so you can cheese your way into (or wine your way into it if you don't get the cheese) the gear that other people have to spend $1k to get, or worse, spend $1k and NOT get it because someone paid more.

1 more comment before i log off-The worlds that cant win the big prize maybe Inno's should of had a secondary prize for the player that ends up no.1 in the Tombola event-For example a Wyatt Earp's.

50k nuggets is a hefty price - at that $$$$ one should make a strategy.
For instance, it doesn't make sense to spend 800 nuggets on a very rare plate for 4 levels, when you can spend 800 nuggets on several lower level plates + speedups, for way more than 4 levels.

Oktoberfest ran for 18 days and 4 hours, or 436 hours. Allowing 6 hours for the micro-delays between levels, 430 hours remain. That is enough for 53 plates, without speedups. So a free player who wakes up in the middle of the night to eat another free plate as soon as it becomes available can get to level 53, assuming he doesn't drop any plate.

I made a table with the best strategy for the amount of bonds/nuggets one intends to spend:

The amounts where the strategy changes have been highlighted.
Above 0 nuggets, it makes sense to spend them on the premium 25nugget plate.
Above 1325 nuggets, 25nugget plates are maxed out, and it is cheaper to speed up the process than to spend nuggets on premium 150nugget plates.
Above 13941 nuggets, the 150nugget plates become cheaper than the speedups.
Above 38691 nuggets, the 150nugget plates are maxed out, more speedups are needed.
Above 145434 nuggets it becomes necessary to use speedups on less-than-two-hour waiting intervals.

I don't know if the winner on Colorado spent 50k nuggets to get the prize, but I'm sure he wasn't anywhere near level 1000.

winner was level 1300 and spend about 40k-45k nuggets, you are right about the 150,25,0 draws thats the way to do it, but at the end of the tombola to rush you also need some 800 draws.

your biggest flaw is in the speed ups, remember that if you play that much you also receive thousands and thousands of bonds, due to envelopes, which partially take care of the speed ups, i was myself without any nugget used level 200 already, where you say that costs already 2500 nuggets

anyway prices got removed on old worlds or will get removed twista said.

Level 1300 is attainable for 56k nuggets/bonds, without 800 draws, when planned from the beginning. Assuming 11k bonds came from the envelopes, 45k nuggets is about right.

I wonder what the winner's level will be at the Christmas tombola.

meh that was colorado, i believe on dakota is was even more insane

and i wonder if christmas tombola comes back same way as last year,

christmas tombola had the most awesome sets, but also the uncommon and common prices were like much better, no bloody potions of wisdom and you could win presents, which held like 10 buffs

still if that tombola returns, prices of those sets and all other tombola stuff will drop drastically since you know if you missed it now you can always get it later

Is he going to remove them on the active worlds that have two?
On world 1, one of the players, MFRavenhawk, won the tombola, earning the set.
Then, angol26 migrated in having won the set on one of the dead worlds.
Will that be reset?
