Hi all,
I am the founder of Newcastle. I have built the city by myself and currently have
Town Hall = 7
Bank = 3
Tailor = 5
Gunsmith = 2
General Store = 3
Hotel = 2
I don't care what level you are at just as long as you donate to keep the building going. If your stats are good, it would also be handy if you help build. I also encourage you to play the game and not be a slave to Newcastle.
