New Quests?

So with this new update there are supposed to be 4 new quest groups. I don't see any new quests but I may not be at the level to do them yet. Does anyone know anything about the new quests and what level you need to do them?

One set is supposed to be relatively low, so I'm guessing that they have not come out with it in this update.
