Pro-Rule revert

As you all know, Inno Games has restricted duelers Income levels by reducing the Cash-Earned depending on Motivation. The Czars must Fall or Change, therefore I keep Lenin and have made a new Sig.

references? Nope. I just used whatever came to mind, basically "torettes ideas" in a way. I could suppose JR could be a reference for the Martyr theme, as I sacrificed myself to get rid of Wert once.

Besides, criticizing the content of art (even bad art) is within the parameters of social norm but encouraging said art to be banned, merely because you're offended by the Soviet flag, is unconscionable.
