My character disappears in fort battle preview

Having this problem out of nowhere for the last 2 months. No scripts, nothing new, playing the game like how I always used to. I created a ticket about it almost a month ago but other than the support team asked me if I use any script and forwarding it to the dev team afterwards, I havent received any response. Its very frustrating thing to deal with because you dont know which sector you are going to end up on.

Tried clearing cache and cookies and switching to another browser but it did not help. Any help is appreciated.

Well, to be fair, the known "solution" is: try, try again.

It is believed to be an artifact of internet lag where a timeout occurs before a database write is executed leaving a discrepancy between what you see on your client vs what the server sees. It is a very difficult problem to resolve in this codebase relative to the very limited number of instances where it occurs.

The workaround is to set your toon, log back in, check your set, and repeat until you see the set saved correctly. Oftentimes trying via a different ISP (such as through a cellular connection from your smartphone) is your best bet.
