I just posted this as a refresher for all involved in this thread and anyone else that is curious. Now, by the rules, the image Micky001 posted is completely fine.

So, you can critique imagery all you'd like certainly. Please do not question the validity of the image posted anymore. There are rules in place that handle that aspect of this issue.
