Yes, Gal lvl 5 (it has to be lvl 7 if you are not member of town).

only if your lucky.... but when u get it you have to drink it down in one, which gives you temporarily the ability to do anything u want (fly, sing like sinatra, smash through brick walls etc...) but after that wears off it renders your mini me useless for 3 whole days in which time you spend all the time in bed lol.

and have you guys checked out the town search feature on west stats now? it's really usefull and some of those items can be located easily that way.

I have... But the problem is that first I want my town to get tailor to lvl 7 before asking other towns to join.
