ow missed the new hint, its not a multiplier in the formula for sure, since well see the # above (4 and 7 couldn't be green since there is not a single # that multiplies with 4 or 7 that gives an even number)

however if it was a minus or plus again the same problem for 4 and 7

its # of post * Pi and if the number (round off) is even its green and if its uneven its red
