Main story Questline

If I have started playing on Colorado about a week ago, how to I get the early part of Main story?

There's a Quest Discussion section that's perfect for these types of questions. Please try to use that in the future. In the meantime, this info might help you:

[spoil]First, make sure you have accepted "A New Job"; which is a quest given from the Sheriff in your saloon. Next, open your mini-map and find/click on the bottom, right county (14). There is a quest-giver location in the middle of that county that you will want to travel to.[/spoil]

 

[Apelatia]

The level requirement for The Outpost, which is the first questline of the Main Story is level 10. The only other requirement needed is that you have to have completed the final quest of the 'Save the Saloon Pt. 2' questline. I believe that particular quest is called 'Showdown'.

Edit: I see that Mota has provided you with information about the start of the questline itself. Whichever part you were looking to have answered, you have it!
