can you change "classes"? like if i was a worker could i change to a adventurer then to something elce? or is it once you choose a class... that's you class?

The selection of a character class and profile picture are permanent. You cannot change your selection once you've made your choice.

Nothing. You get no benefits, and no special class quests. Nobody forces you to make the choice though

You don't have to choose a class, but since greenhorns can be dueled now, there's no advantage to it. It doesn't mean you can't be a productive member of society.
