luck changes

Hello i have just a little question about the piece of note part 1, because i thought that it was allmost impossible to find, but now all of a suddent i got it 2 times in about a month...Is it a bug or is that normal....If you do not believe me, i can proove it by having the hernando's sword, and a pon 1 on me

luck and value of dropable items have changed since update 1.28 i think

okay im a lucky guy then...I have also found it on world one, but there i cant use it for much :/ but i found 2 of them in chasing bandits and one in ambush try them

i found 2 of them in 3 days in w9
and that was before the update

Yeah..I found it twice in 3 jobs about a month ago in world 8...too bad they are only good for starting a camp fire in that world..only hope I have so far to use the notes, other than the new worlds, is world 1...I have everything there but that stupid piece of paper!
