Love note

i got hat love note from maya but i can use it in a quest, i havent got that quest to give to the to the indian guy. how do i get the quest?

The first quest is accepting and completing the quest to get the love note from Maya, just like the quest with the parcel. Then you go to the quest giver, Gui-Kate and bring him the note, where you have to duel him. He won't necessarily be in your sector.
