I am pure builder lvl 89 looking to join town/alliance to help build forts

I'm looking on w12 to join a town to do 4 things

1 - I need to sell 50 items to the towns alliance
2- I need to sell 20 items to the town
3 - I need to buy 50 items from an alliance
4 - I need to buy 20 items from someone in the town

So I need to find a town that has someone who is selling directly to the alliance or to the town only.

I have lots of fort supplies... especially ship bells. Right now I sell them for profit... but I would sell them cheaper to the alliance or town that wants to do trade.
