There is a DNS problem with the West and Tribal Wars. At the moment we are working on it. Certain providers are being prioritized to have the West available to the bulk of its players as soon as possible.
Currently the easiest way to access the West.net is via a google DNS server (8888). However, if you are unfamiliar with google DNS servers, I recommend attaching a different DNS to your connection, bypassing your ISP's defaulted DNS:

The top two dns lists in the ascii box provided are the best DNS for your stated area, based on completeness and accessibility.
