Limit of how many members in a town

Im new to this game, i have come from tribalwars.

Anyways, my question is in the title. When i make a town, is there a limit i can have in a town.?

Also, what are advantages and disadvantages for having more members

The limit is 50 people, but each time you level up your residens you can invite five more people.

So the limit 50 to start of? and get a extra 5 from there on?

So it can keep increasing?

50 total, 5 to start out.

You have to build a town with the help of others or you will die a slow death, toiling and wasting away while others get stronger and better. you should join an existing community so you can benefit from the hard work of others. be ready to contribute $$ to your new town or draw the wrath of your leaders.

well a bunch of us from tribalwars are going to make a town or two together

Well save up a lot of money because a town costs a lot, it's not just the 300$ to start it, each building will take lots of money so be prepared.
