i did the American west for a gcse history and from what i see they haven't made this just random like i thought when i started.

we all from what i can see have started on the east coast with all the citys that where there and real life and i guess people (as more people join) will go west soon and inhabit all of ''america'' .

am i being stupid by just notacing this or what ?

i don't think i just wrote as much as in my head but yeah i want to see views and stuff (maybe)

I think this actually mentions the American west, although it does imply it. If you're looking for a game where you start in the East and go west (and happen to be running DOS) you could play Oregon Trail.

the cities in the eat of the map are:
new york
Boston
Washington
and richmond

all on east in real life ........we have all started in this area to use these cities for sleep i guess and when we make our own we will go east

added more

new york is in the north east

and north east is in the square below the top right hand corner square .

so then why is new york in the west then ?

explain to me ?

also explain why the other 3 towns that are in the east of america are on the east of our map ?

i beleve the map represents the whole of America

maybe im wrong but your more wrong than me

The map in not representative in any way America. If they did then I can just move to the west end and make Los Angeles

Maybe it's a scaled-down version of america without the coast lines :)

was actuary my plan was/is to go over to the west and make a town and use a real American town name as i can't think of one.

i think part of the fun of this game is we decide what America looks like if you get my meaning .

I'm just saying to all the people that are like "this isn't how the American West really was" are splitting hairs. The real west was boring and sucked, move your covered wagon to the west, get diptheria and die. THE END

I'm with ya. I noticed that too. All off the ghost towns are East Coast towns in the US. I'm waiting for more people to join so I can visit my neck of the woods, the real west ;p
