I am pleased to be able to make this a standing offer:

Due to the overwhelming numbers signed for Colorado's Awesomia battles, should you get left out of a GM Awesomia battle with bonus awards with the message that "... all places were already taken.":

Submit a support ticket and we can have you ranked in the next awarded GM Awesomia battle, guaranteeing you will not miss out on two battles in a row.

There are limitations, of course:
- you will need to be signed in to the battle at LEAST 24h before it starts
- you still need to be at the fort at the time the battle starts
- it only applies to GM Awesomia battles with bonus awards and can only be exercised on the next GM Awesomia battle with bonus awards on the same world

The support ticket must include a public link or screenshot of the report showing the time of the battle and the message "Unfortunately all places were already taken." We will save these tickets and when the next battle is scheduled, at ~24h to go the saved tickets will be reviewed. Anyone on the list who is signed for the battle at that time will be given a Private rank and thereby be ensured to get into the battle (provided they show up on time).

Let alone i wasted my entire night because of fight being too late for a missed battle, just because i missed i cant roll my last 9k spin.

I would start throwing tantrum and start throwing insults everywhere like beef clown did but i guess i dont pay enough to dodge a ban ^^

So all im saying is; good job.

Please send a ticket through the support system to secure a guaranteed spot in the next Awesomia battle we organize. We take these messages into account before every fort battle, but it’s necessary that you indicate it there.

Hello, I've been unable to rank in Awesomia for the last two battles despite being registered. I also forgot my forum password and can't get a new one. Therefore, I wanted to contact you through support. Sincerely.

Send a ticket to support, that's the only way you can get in next battle because you will have private rank.
Fyi if you join late in a battle you should go defence because a lot of people prefer attack and it fills in probably less than 24hrs after it was dug. Sometimes defence barely gets to max cappacity after 2 days.
 
In case you miss participation in a fort battle, please make sure to report it via a support ticket in every instance.
Reports posted on the forum cannot be accepted.
To ensure the offer can be provided, the required conditions must be fulfilled, only then are we able to assist you.
