Resolved Kate's wedding band (The unknown thief)

sorry to open new thread about this but I REALLY CANNOT SOLVE it and i folowed all instructions!!! i have a quest (the unknown thief) where the target is to find Kate's ring but requirement is kates ring. i already done Kate's wedding band (Silver mining) and Kate's wedding band (The thief) now there is that quest the unknow thief WICH I REALLY cannot solve and i will lose my mind :D can someone please give me EXACT walkthrough about it STEP BY STEP i will delete this post after i solve it. thanks a lot!!!!!!!

belive me i have watched all posts but i still couldn't figure it out. i am probably stupid but still can you or anyone else post walkthrough here step by step i will dele this post after it so it will not take place on forum.PLEASE :D

You're missing a quest with a day req (which will have to wait until next week).

you mean until wednesday after 7 p.m.??? and all i have to do is to have no weapon equiped and 200 or more dollars on hand???i have done that MILLION TIMES :D
