Building lvls: town hall lvl6, residences lvl3, bank lvl6, hotel lvl3, gunsmith lvl6, tailor lvl7, general store lvl6 and mortician lvl1.
and our plans for now is to get 24000 construction points and build a fort, further plans are unknown.
