Sry i am new and i have looked a bit but could not find it, also 2 am here lol

do jobs on map open up per lvl or depending on your skills?

there are only a few jobs on my menu atm

Both.

As you level up more jobs appear on the map.

If you have the right skills you can choose to work.

If not they appear grey and you cannot work them.

That's not correct. Jobs do not depend on your lvl. It is all about skill points. You need to have a certain number of skill points, till jobs appear even in gray.

b00k is correct. Doing more research it IS based on your skill points, not level.
