You can probably find a club on the market or in a nearby gunsmith.
As for the dynamite, that comes from the job Transport Ammunition.

Nothing too special I just thought that 2 pieces of note part 2 (1% Drop) on the same hour was pretty lucky combine that with an item find and the odds are.......... well I guess I can say 1 in a million rhetorically anyway. No Premium and the advet bonus only makes them a 1.1% drop per 15 minutes.
