Just wondering why Inno changed the new Instructions buffs from "# of hours" to "# of uses".
For example... I bought the Trivial Work Instructions which were supposed to give 50 LP for 12 hours. I just went to use them and they now only give 50 LP for 5 uses (so a max of 5 hours). I had just used one on Colorado and had the extra LP for 12 hours (although I think that one may have been the +75 LP, but the important point is the time). So... I can only do 5 hours worth of work instead of 12 hours worth... ??? What more can I say but...
