Idea title: Improving the Inno Games Support System for The West
Details of idea: In case a person cannot log into the game, a captcha or security question could be added to the Support System start page. Either this or do not require a password in order to log into the Support System.

Reasons for submitting: As I've stated before in the minor "Changes to the e-mail system" idea (Check out This Page), sometimes a person makes a stupid mistake, such as forgetting their password or accidentally deleting their login cookie. And because things can become quite frustrating for those who have lost or forgotten their password, a password should not be necessary for simple things such as Support, which people often use. Questions and/or comments are welcome.
