You need to Plan A Reservation, yep. But for the

(Evidence) to drop, you need to have positive labour points on the job, make sure you have it.

Just how do I do that get positive labour points on the job. I got the evidence on the plan A Reservation but can not seam to get the other one !! :unsure:

I can definitely confirm that you do not need positive labour points on any of these jobs for the quest item to drop. I achieved all of my drops with negative labour points. Of this I am certain. That rumor is untrue.

You do not need to have positive labour points. Just keep plugging away at it, and the evidence will drop for you.
