The only one I don't like is Jack... I hate her :dry:

I also lost her loyalty and never got enough paragon to get it back, but I don't really care about her :p

I like Jack, but it took time for me to, as first she seemed a very 2-d character.
Grunt was kinda dull, but in a cool way. Thane was ok, but a cliche.
Garrus and Legion are awesome though, and Mordin and Tali are also pretty cool.

I like most of them. Jack swears every second sentence and over 50% of the time acts like a [apparent expletive].
