I dont haw a quests

Me an my friend ar at lvl 21 and 23 and we don't haw a quest.
What we need to do to get a new quest?
Please help, to me is like that a fey days.

Level up. If you've done the level 23 quests, your next lot at are at level 25.

Your friend will get some at 23.

It shows the quests in order and has a column (second from the right) with the level they show up at.
