????HOW DO IMaking a town forum????

um im new here so i would just like to ask how do i make a town forum?
I am only the councler so I can't do much but I hoped I could help our towns founder, and what can the town councler do accept invite people into the town?

Technically, you can do everything the founder does as far as the townforum goes. But, if you plan on making any changes to it, it would be nice/wise to telegram your founder first. Or, you can make a private topic in the town forum...only the founder and the councilpeople can see those. :)
