how do i beat Mathew the snake?

in the builder's quest - duel tactics (Mathew the snake)
how do i beat him ?
what gear do i wear?
they r talking about appearance? and stuff:eek:hmy::mad:

If you have items in your inventory that add to your charisma wear them. Also just try fighting him once or twice to see how you do. You may be able to beat him without any trouble.

i just finished the quest with no trouble, i just beat both of them in 1 duel each, it was no problem

I think that the dueling with the NPC in the game can be kinda random. Sometimes you beat them right away and without having to change anything. Other times you can fight someone a bunch of times and still not get it right.

could be what your dueling settings are but if i were you i would duel a nguy that i now i could beat and practice my dueling settings
