i think in each town, a player should be able to make a house later on once they have the right materials, like wood to make the house and go stone mining for more materials. then they can make a house so they dont gottas pay money to sleep and they can store some items in their house. also i think horses and donkeys should be able to level up so that they can run faster and stuff :p

That's what a town is for. You never lose your items, just your cash; all you have to do is deposit your cash into the bank. Also, town members don't have to pay to use their own hotel.
