Last year I couldn't complete the Christmas Quests..

By the beginning of December of 2011, I underwent a total respec and completed Christmas Star; yet I didn't get the Snowman's hat

then I realized I didn't have the Christmas Sled as well, but I read here and found that because I missed more than 3 days on Advent Calender, I didn't get it. Assuming I complete this year's, all will be fine;

here's the question:
I missed last year's Snowman's Hat, is it possible for me to get one this year?

Not from the Christmas Star quest, as you've already completed that one. It'll be from a quest that appears on the 24th.
