Do I think he is a little green, maybe slipped a couple of minor times, sure. He is brand spanking new here.
He gave up his ability to really enjoy the forums as a player, to help us out.
Now he moderates the entire forum basically alone. No one to help out, no one to back him up, nothing. Do you have any idea what its like to be alone in a new job?
