What i should to do to i get more experience, if I can't do any quests?

If you have recently started I would recommend picking corn, guarding the fort, picking beans, picking berries, mucking out the stables and tending sheep if you can do these jobs. Also a bit of fishing, though it gives no experience you might find some useful item that will help you complete a quest or do a better job that provides more experience.

It depends on your skills. Use West Stats to find the best xp jobs you can do, which varies widely by your skills. Some specs have much better xp jobs at low levels than others.
