My actual health in game is 3280, and i have taken no damage, but in adventure it shows I have 1770. Does anybody know why? Any way to fix it? It did happen multiple times.

Adventures use the rifle/level of players. For hp it uses the gear that gives most defense(pure defense such as> https://wiki.the-west.net/wiki/Lederhosen_-_Set ) and the rifle's Strength attribute point.
It doesn't use your build or any skill point that gives attack/defense value.
