Help needed for black mountain quest

I need some help.

I have gone to get the black mountain quest but I am unable to complete it as I do not have the package needed. How can I get the package to give to Steve?

I think I accepted a package ages ago but i can't find it in my inventory when I go to complete black mountain quest. Is there anyway I can get the package again?
