I'm trying to find the Composite sketch and I did the job 'Exploration' for 15 sec and 1 hour for days, but I didn't find . What's your advice regarding this quest ?

I hate this quest. I'm at the end where Maya and Henry Walker are supposed to have the quest for me to get candied orange and
I have the candied orange and have been working an hour on the stinky fish. Neither of the quests are popping up in the saloon for Maya or Henry. WTH am I doing wrong?
