Guide for submitting support tickets

To allow our support team to handle your support tickets more efficiently and quickly we'd appreciate it if all players could follow this guide when submitting tickets.

The most important thing is to choose the correct category so the right member of staff handles your ticket.

For reporting possible rule breaches please use the Breach of Rules category. We also ask that you enter a valid player name in the player name input field, as this will greatly speed up the time it takes for us to look into the player. Please do not enter a town name, and please do not enter more than 1 player into this box. If you wish to report multiple players in one ticket, enter one name into the input box, and mention the rest in the ticket text.

If you are experiencing a problem with your account once you have logged in, please use the Report a Bug category.

If you are not able to login or are having problems logging in please submit your ticket under the Login Issues category.

To discuss an account ban please submit your ticket under the Appeal Ban/Punishment category. Please note that we can only discuss a ban on your account and that we will not discuss any other player's ban.

If you are having issues related to The West Forum, please file a ticket under the Forum Issues category.

If you are experiencing issues with your premium purchase please use the Premium category.

For general questions about the game or anything related to the game, please use the Questions category.

Lastly, for any issues that don't fit into the above, please use the Other category.
